Archives are stored in Universitas Andalas' repository server, the university's Local Content Collection and all of them are digitally submitted to Indonesian National Library's Indonesia OneSearch and periodically harvested by FatCat. Published issues are also sent to Sinta, and Portal Garuda Repository.

JPT also implemented PKP Private LOCKSS Network (PLN) preservation function as can be seen in The Keepers Registry record at Portal ISSN here. The Keepers records are originated from PKP PLN.
